Initially coordinated by muscle team staff in Newcastle, the TREAT-NMD project is now in its seventh year. To-date the project has delivered three very successful conferences bringing together a wide range of stakeholders from throughout the neuromuscular community for plenary lectures, lively debate and all important networking.

Geneva 2011

The TREAT-NMD international conference in Geneva brought together more than 250 delegates with an interest in neuromuscular disease: patients, families, clinicians, basic scientists, industry representatives and other key experts. |

The conference in Brussels was a resounding success and with 350 delegates from over 30 countries attending and contributing. Discussions in the various sessions really encouraged genuine debate between delegates that continued long after each session ended. |
